Good Morning.
One of my friend is Driver and Owning Cab for providing the Service to Corporate Sectors. The Corporate Company deducting the TDS against the my friend. Now My friend need to file the Income Tax Return.
Which ITR Can I use? and how to claim Refund of Tds Amount?

You can file ITR 4S by availing benefit of Section 44AD.
