Respected Sir/Madam, my name is Jayanta Saikia. This time I have appeared for IPCC exam but I have doubt regarding clearance of my exam. I want to prepare for May from now. will there be any change in the course of any subject?

would anyone recommend parag gupta for costing.and sanjay saraf classes for rest of subject or any other institute which is reasonable in terms of cost

Sir i am registered for articleship on 28/10/11. when my attempt become due..? May 14 / Nov 14... and if it is may 14 den plz tell me the amount leaves i can take for my exam in such a way that i can appear for May 14. Present no of leaves 40.

Sir / mam. I am in 2nd year of my articleship training and I am suffering frm back injury nd due to dat I am not able to travel a distane of 12 kms to my office and hence I seek tranfer. So is their any solution which can help me get tranfer in my nearby area. I ve all the medical certificates and my principal has also agreed upon it.

I have converted my IPCC course into direct entry scheme w.e.f. 1st august,
2013. And also I have started articleship on the same day (from 1st august,
2013).

Today I have received a mail from ICAI, intimating about registration of
Direct Entry Scheme with effect from 1st August, 2013. Also it is mentioned
in the letter that IPCC exam will be due in November 2014.

But As per direct entry scheme rule, candidate has to complete 9 months
articleship before his examination due.

Concern to above rule I will complete 9 months articleship before 1st
May,2014 (01-08-2013 to 30-04-2014)
so I will be eligible to appear in the IPCC Exams due in the month May
2014.

So please guide me if exam will be due in May or November 2014.

Also mention that whether can I cancel direct entry system registration?

Dear Members,

In an EGM of a co. both increase in Authorised Share capital and sub division of shares was approved but when Form 5 for the same was filed only increase in Authorised Share Capital was considered, we skipped to consider the sub division of share.

Now,

1. Is there any option to revise Form 5.

2. If not then how can we rectify this mistake.
