Articleship transfer in 2nd year

13 November 2013 Sir / mam. I am in 2nd year of my articleship training and I am suffering frm back injury nd due to dat I am not able to travel a distane of 12 kms to my office and hence I seek tranfer. So is their any solution which can help me get tranfer in my nearby area. I ve all the medical certificates and my principal has also agreed upon it.

13 November 2013 Transfer of Articleship is permissible after 1 year in case of certain conditions.

13 November 2013 Thnq sir for your quick response but I ve heard that one cannot take transfer on medical grounds within the same city

13 November 2013 If one has genuine problem they can write an application to Institute for further assistance
