I had appeared in november 2009 exams but could not clear.Now I am worried as there are lot of changes in almost all the subjects. Please suggest me following:-

1) Changes/revisions in AS

2)Material to study the revised and newly issued Standards on auditing

3) Any changes in law (specially sebi guidelines etc )from last attempt

4)any change in mics apart from amended information technology act

5) Is new direct tax code applicable for may 10 or just i have to update myself with finance act 2009 and other case laws etc

6)where from should i get all the changes in IDT

i m getting failed in CA final exam.
i have no coaching for DT, IDT, and Other 3 Practicle Subjects. now i have 3 months for Preparation. article ship is running. how i can plan out for both the Groups. this is toughest job for me to prepare. pls extend ur knowledge and guidance to serve me the best possible way.

Will there be any relaxation in articleship rules after the new president comes or our life will be the same old fox's story which jumps many times and finally it leaves the grapes saying they must be soar.

i have my ca final attempt due in may 2011( new course). how should i prepare so as to clear exam in first attempt...and also plz refer me the books n for which subjects i should take coaching and from whom in delhi
