My principal has refused to give me a transfer. So, I had to lie about my health so that I could get a transfer. I am not at all comfortable working in this atmosphere and I always feel very stressed and mentally tired here. Now, he is aware that I have lied and he is compelling me to give in writing that I lied and he will submit this to the institute and ask for approval. What should I do??
I am totally puzzled. Its my 1st year of articleship.

I got an exemption in accounts(paper 1) in IPPC exam may 2013. I forgot to mention this detail in my examination form. Will i be able to get the exemption benefit?

Is it tough to score good in November 2014 attempt since time left is just one year now..but my practical tutons except taxes are over?

i am from andhra pradesh(south) and where do i send my cpt exam form. where i have to send it. and i want to know that in the exam form there is a line in the form saying signature of chartered accountant. what i have to do with that option??

I have read this it is said to be enacted in the fiscal year 2014 - 2015..So regards to that notification , please answer my query soon..

I have joined for my CA IPCC Direct Entry and will be attempting for exam of 1st Group in Nov 2014. I have been working for almost 10 years now and I am taking a break in my job to pursue CA.

As I have not been in touch with accounts subject for past few years, Please suggest me whether going for coaching or self study would be better. I would also like to know whether to brush up with accounts P.C.Tulsian CPT book is enough ?

I would also like to know other subjects reference books which are good. Please suggest me a good schedule for study also along with the articleship.
