03 October 2013 hello friend, I have my attempt in November 2014, and I have a doubt regarding whether new company bill 2013 will be applicable or not?
I have read this it is said to be enacted in the fiscal year 2014 - 2015..So regards to that notification , please answer my query soon..

03 October 2013 Himanshi recently ICAI had issued a notification that new act can be made applicable from may 14 attempt onwards

03 October 2013 After this notification co act 2013 was passed and i would suggest u to wait for few more days and definetly it will be made applicable in nov 14 exam as already it has been practically effective from 20.9.2013 atleast 98 sections.

03 October 2013 firstly please address me as"mam"instead.
If I go by notification ,yes fair chances exists that by your time it will be applicable.As the bill has already been passed then there should not be major issues.

03 October 2013 yes sir, even I have read that 98 sections has been made applicable ,but along with old Companies Act 1956.??nd ok I will wait for some days.. and chances there for new only to be applicable

03 October 2013 Yes it be very useful if you study IPC law as well.The main focus shouldn't be clearing exams only ,it should be to gain as much knowledge as you can.
