i am from andhra pradesh(south) and where do i send my cpt exam form. where i have to send it. and i want to know that in the exam form there is a line in the form saying signature of chartered accountant. what i have to do with that option??

If you from any region your exam form should be send to the New Delhi only because of that is the examination department.
At the option provided for Signature of CA there you have to attest your examination form by the Member of ICAI at the place provided for signature of CA.
