I have to make an entry of loan taken from directors or body corporates in which directors are interested The company is listed company. I want to ask is it required to take approval of board or I have to directly make entry in register within 30 days and after then presented before board???? The loan is within the power of board u/s 292.

One more thing that interest paid to director or body corporates agains loan taken also require to enter in register??????

There is a Privbate Limited Company limited by shares who has 2 shareholders. The company allotted shares to 19 other people hence after such allotment there shall be 21 total members. For such an increase in number of members do I need to file Form 5? If not then is there any form to be filled with MCA21? Is form 5 only for increase in number of members for Company Limited by Gaurantee?

R.O.C. asked me to Re submit form 1 With error that they asked me to re-scanned copy of MOA AOA attached with Form 1 more clearly. My problem is that maximum attachment size of form 1 is 2.6 Mb. When i consider maximum size is compromises quality of scanned copy. can i upload scanned copy of MOA AOA along with Form 67 (Addendum).


Please guide me on the same.
