Increase in no. of members of company limited by shares.

03 June 2013 There is a Privbate Limited Company limited by shares who has 2 shareholders. The company allotted shares to 19 other people hence after such allotment there shall be 21 total members. For such an increase in number of members do I need to file Form 5? If not then is there any form to be filled with MCA21? Is form 5 only for increase in number of members for Company Limited by Gaurantee?

Filing of Form-2 for alloting shares to 19 members is enough. No further form is required to be filed with ROC.
