Incorporation of company (urgent)
R.O.C. asked me to Re submit form 1 With error that they asked me to re-scanned copy of MOA AOA attached with Form 1 more clearly. My problem is that maximum attachment size of form 1 is 2.6 Mb. When i consider maximum size is compromises quality of scanned copy. can i upload scanned copy of MOA AOA along with Form 67 (Addendum).
Please guide me on the same.
I am facing problem while re submission of form 1. I have already paid stamp duty when i submitted form 1 electronicaly. No w when i am filling form for re submission. It is not clear to me what to mention regarding stamp duty.
Please refer details no 9 regarding stamp duty in form 1.
Please suggest me which option to select.
and give detail of duty paid in col 9 (II).
can i write it as MCA??
Can i eneter details mention in challan of stamp duty generated through mca's portal??
what should i write registration no for vendor?
and resubmit the form it will not ask to pay again.
