I am not able to register DSC on mca website. When i Click on
'Select Certificate' then it not works.

my System settings are as follows:
Windows : 7 (Home Basic) Service Pack-1

Internet Explorer: 11 version(11.0.9600.16518)
updated version: KB2909921

Java Runtime Environment setting:
platform: 1.7 product : 1.7.0_51 (enabled)

ActiveX Control settings:
1)Download signed ActiveX controls: enable
2)Download unsigned ActiveX controls: enabe
3)Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins: enable
4)Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting: enable


any further setings?
plz reply on asap basis as i m not able to register dsc.

We have received a notice from MCA to upload information to website in Form 5 INV (STATEMENT OF UNCLAIMED AND UNPAID AMOUNTS). But assessee doesn`t have any kind of such amounts payable.

hence i seeks advice on this issue.

Pls clarify in case of transfer of all shares held by a member in pvt co to third person(relative of member) whether the same share certificate of transferor with same folio and certificate no will be issued to the transferee with name of transferee endorsed on the back or a new share certificate in the name of transferee with new certf no and folio no is to be issued ???

whether mentally retarded person can act as director of the company?

for what time period can a private limited company hold share application money if it has no intention to increase authorised share capital? is there any penal provision, is there any change in provision in this regard in companies bill 2013? please give reference of section number.

Sir,

We received a mail from MCA because of we are showing money received from related parties as “Share application money pending allotment” instead of Unsecured Loan. Now MCA asked to deposit such money to IEPF Fund under The Investor Education Protection Fund Rules, 2012. But that amount is belongs to the Directors of the company. And we don’t want to loose that money.
So kindly Suggest the remedies available under this situation

An officer appointed under Section 5 of Companies Act, 2013 is resigning w.e.f 29th January, 2013. After which a Board meeting was held on 13th February. So Form 1AA for his resignation has to be filed within 30 days what??

30 days from his date of resignation or from the Board meeting date??
