28 February 2014 A private limited company is under incorporation process, the registered office shall at leased premises.

Now, how to prepare lease deed, as the company is not yet incorporated and cannot contract.

The Lease deed is nothing but just a normal rent agreement between the Lessor and Lessee. You just need to take the printout of the same in 100 rs Stamp paper and get it signed by the Lessor and Lessee both.

You could seek a notary, they have ready to print format of the rent agreement available with them.

My query is that, as the company not yet incorporated, is it correct to prepare lease deed in name of company??

As per my understanding to the subject posted by you, you want to have an address as Registered Office for the proposed pvt ltd company.

In that case, The Lease agreement is required be done by and between the Lessor and any one of the Director of proposed private limited company, as Lessee.

The Stated address in the agreement will serve the purpose of Registered office of the Pvt Ltd Company.
