Problem in dsc registration

Hi All,
I am not able to register DSC on mca website. When i Click on
'Select Certificate' then it not works.
my System settings are as follows:
Windows : 7 (Home Basic) Service Pack-1
Internet Explorer: 11 version(11.0.9600.16518)
updated version: KB2909921
Java Runtime Environment setting:
platform: 1.7 product : 1.7.0_51 (enabled)
ActiveX Control settings:
1)Download signed ActiveX controls: enable
2)Download unsigned ActiveX controls: enabe
3)Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins: enable
4)Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting: enable
any further setings?
plz reply on asap basis as i m not able to register dsc.

well your settins seems to be fine...did u try registration using another computer?

Install the DSC software given along with the DSC USB token in your PC and proceed.
