: Dissolution of Trust
Hi, One of my known person wants to close trust started one year before . Initially he has contributed Rs. 20,000/- as corpus fund. Till today no activities done by the trust. My request is that, please share the dissolution deed format, Board resolution format and guide me if any other required to dissolve the trust legally. He has got PAN card copy in the name of trust.
