We have received a notice from MCA to upload information to website in Form 5 INV (STATEMENT OF UNCLAIMED AND UNPAID AMOUNTS). But assessee doesn`t have any kind of such amounts payable.
hence i seeks advice on this issue.

my understanding is that it is mandatory to file to form 5 INV. if there are no amounts, then put it as ZERO.
