please provide me the detailed procedure for conversion of conversion of private co. in to normal partnership

A pvt ltd company was incorporated on 30-3-2015 in mumbai. Board meeting was held on 7-4-2015. First auditors were appointed and letter of appointment was given to the auditor.

Pl let me know whether company has to file ADT-1 and MGT-14 for the first auditors appointed? And whether First auditors has to file anything with ROC ?

If any company files application for the closure of the company under Fast Track Exit Scheme of MCA, will the defaulting status of directors due to non filing of annual returns and balance sheet will get cleared??

or the company have to file Annual Return and Balance sheet before filing FTE form for clearing the defaulting status of its directors ??

I have Vehicle for which useful life mention as per Sch II is 6 Years. But the Same Vehicle was brought 8 Years ago .

My Question whether i should take useful life more then 6 years or Should Depreciate
whole of amount as on Mar 2015.

Kindly let me inform and guide about filing of form INC 12 form APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF LICENSE U/S 8, this form is not available at download section of MCA portal, Second How can INC-12 is one of the attachment of Form RD-1 [Application to Central Govt.], when I studied PDF format of INC-12, it seemd it must be e-Form, then where to get and how to attached to RD-1

One of my client a private limited company having its main business of transportation and logistics. Now they want to enter in electronics business.
Company has incorporated under ca 1956 and having electronics activity in other objects in MOA.
Now as per CA 2013 other objects in moa has been omitted.
And roc wouldn't approve alteration in moa hence it would need name change of company also..
I have suggested them to incorporate a new company but they do not want..
Experts please reply....

If auditor has given loan to company whether such auditor is disqualified or not.

Is it necessary to register charges with RoC in case when a company is giving corporate guarantee. Kindly substantiate your reply with proper authority of law.

now they want it to be 70: 30.

I want to form a new Private Limited Company as per Companies Act 2013.Recently I noticed that there is a new form ,ie Form INC 29. Shall I file this form along with other Forms ,ie INC 7, DIR 12 & INC 22.Please reply me as earlier as possible.
