20 May 2015 If any company files application for the closure of the company under Fast Track Exit Scheme of MCA, will the defaulting status of directors due to non filing of annual returns and balance sheet will get cleared??

or the company have to file Annual Return and Balance sheet before filing FTE form for clearing the defaulting status of its directors ??
