s per the provisions small company is required to hold: 1. At least one meeting of Board of directors in each half of calendar year ,and 2. Minimum Gap B/W two meetings at least 90 days. so my question is 1. whether it is mandatory to hold one meeting till 30th june(jan-june, 1st half of calender year) 2. if hold on june then ,whether further meeting of Board cant be hold in the month of august or September for adoption of financial statement (since minimum gap of 90 days is not here) -
