19 May 2015 a co. was formed just 15 days ago. the shares alloted to promotors in the ratio 50:50.

now they want it to be 70: 30.

what is the procedure and forms required for the same.

19 May 2015 Execute transfer deed in form SH-4 duly signed by transferor and transferee and stamped, submit it to Company with share certificate.
Company will give effect the transfer and issue new share certificate.
No need to file separate form to ROC
