19 May 2015 Sir,
I want to form a new Private Limited Company as per Companies Act 2013.Recently I noticed that there is a new form ,ie Form INC 29. Shall I file this form along with other Forms ,ie INC 7, DIR 12 & INC 22.Please reply me as earlier as possible.

20 May 2015 if you file form INC 29 it is enough there is no requirement of filing of other forms.

either form inc 29 or forms inc - 7, 22 & dir 12 required.
