Dear Experts Kindly let me inform and guide about filing of form INC 12 form APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF LICENSE U/S 8, this form is not available at download section of MCA portal, Second How can INC-12 is one of the attachment of Form RD-1 [Application to Central Govt.], when I studied PDF format of INC-12, it seemd it must be e-Form, then where to get and how to attached to RD-1 Thanks in anticipation
