If yes how much is it.

We have incorporated a subsidiary company of a foreign company in India. It past around 6 month but no subscriber money received and foreign company don't wanna carry any business. Can it go for strike off ? or any other option available

If required yearly then wheather it is required at the starting of the year or at the end of the year

Dear Experts,

If a Pvt, Ltd. Co. wants to use India/Bharat as suffix, the capital requirement is 500,000 INR instead of 100,000. As is shown in MCA site.
Is it true that the capital requirement is changed now and there is no minimum requirement as such (Came to know in a seminar but when checked the MCA Site it was showing the same information).
Want to clarify Two things:-
1. What is Minimum Capital Requirement for P. Ltd Co (Indian)
2. Does the increased limit for suffix hold true even now
