A private company has already been filed ROC return for 18 months i.e.. from 1st april 2012 to 30 th september 2013. Now while, filing ROC return for 12 month i.e. from 1st october 2013 to 30th september 2014, the same return dated after 31 st march 2014 is not accepting.
Please help us to solve the above problem

Can a Managing director be appointed as Non-executive. For example in one company Mr. X is appointed as a MD (Execuitve) and in another company as Non executive MD.

A private limited company has not filed ROC returns for 3 years as company did not do any work during these period. As the company did no do any work for the financial year 2013-14, there was a loss. Return of income tax for financial year 2013-14 has been filed but the auditor failed to make provision for audit fee although there was loss in that year
can I file the return to ROC without making provision for audit fee for financial year 2013-14.
can I also file return to ROC for financial year 2012-13.
should I make return to ROC after making provision for audit fee even though there is no work in this period too.

Hi, While I applied for DIN, I had given the name of my client in first name, but as per IT site it was Surname. It was approved at that time. Later while filing INC 7 , it was showing error saying Surname is mandatory. So I uploaded DIR-6 giving name as surname. Now while prefilling, the name(Shobha) is coming both as first name and last name but name of director is still Shobha in MCA record. How to correct it? Pls help.
