Dear Experts,

If a Pvt, Ltd. Co. wants to use India/Bharat as suffix, the capital requirement is 500,000 INR instead of 100,000. As is shown in MCA site.
Is it true that the capital requirement is changed now and there is no minimum requirement as such (Came to know in a seminar but when checked the MCA Site it was showing the same information).
Want to clarify Two things:-
1. What is Minimum Capital Requirement for P. Ltd Co (Indian)
2. Does the increased limit for suffix hold true even now

Dear Experts,

I incorporated a pvt ltd with three directors a week before. one of director himself wants to eliminate/transfer his shares and wants removal of his name as director of company.

Please let me know.
1) easiest way of removal of director
2) His shares to be transferred to remaining 2 directors . What s the process of share transfer.
any other compliance i need to do ??

A private company has already been filed ROC return for 18 months i.e.. from 1st april 2012 to 30 th september 2013. Now while, filing ROC return for 12 month i.e. from 1st october 2013 to 30th september 2014, the same return dated after 31 st march 2014 is not accepting.
Please help us to solve the above problem
