16 February 2016 Dear Experts,

I incorporated a pvt ltd with three directors a week before. one of director himself wants to eliminate/transfer his shares and wants removal of his name as director of company.

Please let me know.
1) easiest way of removal of director
2) His shares to be transferred to remaining 2 directors . What s the process of share transfer.
any other compliance i need to do ??

17 February 2016 dir-12 by company & dir-11 by director,
form sh-4 for transfer of shares with appropriate stamp duty as per state stamp act

18 February 2016 I have filed the SH-4 form, now i have to send it to concerned registrar for approval..
DO i need to fill any form online also.
Please let me know the detailed process

18 February 2016 no need to file it to ROC , just take this copy into the companies record and a noting in the proceeding book shall also be recorded and signed from the chairman
