Capital requirement for pvt. ltd. as per name

Dear Experts,
If a Pvt, Ltd. Co. wants to use India/Bharat as suffix, the capital requirement is 500,000 INR instead of 100,000. As is shown in MCA site.
Is it true that the capital requirement is changed now and there is no minimum requirement as such (Came to know in a seminar but when checked the MCA Site it was showing the same information).
Want to clarify Two things:-
1. What is Minimum Capital Requirement for P. Ltd Co (Indian)
2. Does the increased limit for suffix hold true even now
