Roc returns

A private company has already been filed ROC return for 18 months i.e.. from 1st april 2012 to 30 th september 2013. Now while, filing ROC return for 12 month i.e. from 1st october 2013 to 30th september 2014, the same return dated after 31 st march 2014 is not accepting.
Please help us to solve the above problem

Companies act dont alowed for 18 month of financial year from april to september. So acco to me it was mistaken. thats y now you are not able to file form.
