when does a declaration by director under sec 164 of companies act 2013 is required?
Is it required only on appointment/reappointment or yearly?
If required yearly then wheather it is required at the starting of the year or at the end of the year

Required to inform the company at the time of appointment or re-appointment only. Pl see rule 14 of chapter XI.
