18 February 2016 is there any section about change in object of LLP agreement.
please tell me and also give the refrence with respect to the board resolution for change in object clause

18 February 2016 There are no specific provision for changing object of LLP.
However, as per LLP Act, whenever a LLP alters LLP Agreement, it needs to file Form 3 alongwith revised agreement or supplement agreement.
Hence, you are just required to prepare Supplement Agreement/Deed and the same needs to be filed in Form 3. You can pass resolution for approving object clause change, however it is not required to be filed.
