is there any section about change in object of LLP agreement.

There are no specific provision for changing object of LLP.
However, as per LLP Act, whenever a LLP alters LLP Agreement, it needs to file Form 3 alongwith revised agreement or supplement agreement.
Hence, you are just required to prepare Supplement Agreement/Deed and the same needs to be filed in Form 3. You can pass resolution for approving object clause change, however it is not required to be filed.
