In many cases for filing form INC-1 , there is required to take PRIOR approval of CG for words like India to be included in it. What is the procedure to take such prior approval from CG?

Due to oversight the reappointment of a Managing Director of a unlisted public company which was due on 01.04.2015 was not done till today however director was paid remuneration. please inform what will be the implication if reappointment is shown from current date i.e 01.04.2016 and what will happen if reaapointment is shown from back date i.e 01.04.2015. If reappointment is shown from back date then we believe we will have to pay late payment fees on form MR-1 and their can be penalty also since the time period exceed 270 days. Please advise

IS FORMAT OF DIR-2 IS SAME FOR APPOINTMENT OF MANAGING DIRECTOR,WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR?

If private limited company has only 3 directors and whole authorised share capital subscribed by them and these three directors are promotors of the Company and named as first director in articles of association.Thus as there are only 3 directors we have to fill designation of Managing Director,CEO and CFO among these three only.Any of them is eligible to become Managing Director,CEO & CFO right?We have to appoint CFO mandatorily or this designation can be left blank?

i try to upload form CHG 9 . for modification of charge while pre scrutiny error appears that DSE of debenture trustee is not authorised . the Company secretary of the debenture trustee has put her digital signature as debenture trustee and her signature is registered on MCA site.please help me who should affix the signature as debenture trustee please treat it urgent

Please guide me on the following:-

Can a HUF grant loan to private limited company or public ltd company in which public are not the shareholder.

Member of HUF:- It consists family member e,g, Karta, wife of Karta and two daughter.

1) Two member of Karta and his wife is director and member of company.
2) Daughter are not member and director in the company.

Company are in need of funds and surplus funds are available in HUF.

I have successfully uploaded SH-7 Form but the status on the form shows as pending for stamp duty payment whereas in the state in which the company is incorporated (Assam) no stamp duty is payable. What is to be done ?

I have raised a complaint and called up the MCA team where they say its forwarded to the Technical team. My only problem is that the Form might expire again and it is quite urgent to file it. What could be the next recourse ?
