Director,managing director,ceo & cfo

If private limited company has only 3 directors and whole authorised share capital subscribed by them and these three directors are promotors of the Company and named as first director in articles of association.Thus as there are only 3 directors we have to fill designation of Managing Director,CEO and CFO among these three only.Any of them is eligible to become Managing Director,CEO & CFO right?We have to appoint CFO mandatorily or this designation can be left blank?

Not mandatory. If the promoters wants to be designated, they can specify it in the AOA and accordingly columns in DIR-12 can be filled in.
