IS FORMAT OF DIR-2 IS SAME FOR APPOINTMENT OF MANAGING DIRECTOR,WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR?

DIR 2 is consent to act as a director, in the same Format subject mention consent to act as MD along with take a letter From director as to write consent letter addressing Board of directors, subject mentioned consent to act as MD u/s 196 , companies act 2013.

Thank you Sir,but in case where company is not incorported and we are filing form DIR-12 along with INC-7,How consent letter from director addressing to Board of Directors can be attached as there are no incorporated board of directors.?

You don't mention board of directors while addressing DIR -2, write company Name and place of registration more than sufficient.

Thank you Sir..My one more question is in DIR-12,Letter of Appointment is mandatory to attach but how can we attach this if new company is not incorporated and we are filing Form DIR-12 along with form INC-7

You can attach Dir2 as attachment. Consent to act as director is sufficient.

So Sir,in both attachment i,e attachment of Declaration of the appointee director
in Form No. DIR-2;and attachment of Letter of Appointment can I attach same DIR-2?Or I should write separate letter by director as consent to act as director in addition to DIR-12?
