LETTER OF APPOINTMENT IS MANDATORY TO ATTACH IN FORM DIR-12 IN CASE OF NEW COMPANY BUT HOW CAN WE ATTACH THIS AS COMPANY IS NOT INCORPORATED.ANY FORMAT AVAILABLE?

The applicant has to prepare a letter addressed to the ROC stating that the company is in the process of incorporation and no letter of appointment is issued to the proposed directors. This letter need to be attached to DIR-12.
