09 April 2016 Hi, Referring to sec 152 of Co. Act, 2013, 1/3rd of the Directors r supposed to retire at every AGM. So what if no AGM is held? In one text I read "if AGM is not held, then retiring Director shall Not continue beyond the last day on which the AGM was supposed to be held" In another text I read "they shall continue till an AGM is held" Pls help&advice
