Digital signature of debenture trustee

i try to upload form CHG 9 . for modification of charge while pre scrutiny error appears that DSE of debenture trustee is not authorised . the Company secretary of the debenture trustee has put her digital signature as debenture trustee and her signature is registered on MCA site.please help me who should affix the signature as debenture trustee please treat it urgent
