A private limited company is having four share holders . Among them two are directors. Both the directors died in an accident. How to file e-form-32 and regularize the affairs of the company after the death.

I have adopted audited annual accounts in the board meeting of June 2009 and not adopted Notice and Directors report for some reasons. Now in the board meeting of August 2009 I would like to adopt Notice and Directors report . Can I do so?

hi..As section 198,309 and Schedule XIII place some limit on the remuneration of Whole time director of a public company, is there any restriction or limitation as such in case of whole time director of a private company being newly appointed..

Can anyone pls clarify whether the return of allotment is required to file if there is transfer of shares of a private company. This is an existing company where new directors are buying shares from existing directors. Pls reply if any further details are required.
