Can any one please tell the rates of depreciation for
(i) Furniture & office equipment(tables/chairs)
(ii) Computer
(iii) Software - say Tally

as per Companies Act & as per Income Tax Act. Is there any effect of single/double shift for a small size company for depreciation purpose?

In short i want to know-"Is there any advantage that a pvt ltd co enjoy but not an llp ?"

2. Can we incorporate from Bangalore. I Mean to say promoters, witness all are from Bangalore. The Last pages of witness & subscription page in MOA and AOA, can they mention Bangalore Address?
3. Which is website where I can see stamp duty for different states.

As the stamp duty rate differ from state to state is it possible to show that the Board Meeting was held at a different palace where stamp duty is less if yes then how ?

DIN application rejected due to mismatch of name with proof attached. Quote from communication
