13 August 2009 Dear Sir,

I have following query:

I have adopted audited annual accounts in the board meeting of June 2009 and not adopted Notice and Directors report for some reasons. Now in the board meeting of August 2009 I would like to adopt Notice and Directors report . Can I do so?

Please guide and oblige.

13 August 2009 Hi,

As per my opinion you should adopt directors report along with annual accounts.

However you may adopt AGM notice in a different meeting. There is no issue at all.
