How to fill up DIN-1 FOR NRI residing in Dubai in respect of present address and permanent address and whether proof to be attached for both pemanent and residential address? Thanks in advance

13 August 2009 Yes. You have to attach both the proof for present and permanent. The passport copy will do for Permanent Address and Bank pass book for Present Address along with statement of last 2 month.

13 August 2009 Pl also read the following, copied from DIN general instructions.

The certification of attached documents and the photograph may be done by a notary in the home country of the applicant or the Managing Director/ CEO of the Company on which he is a Director or the Company Secretary in full time employment of the Company. Further, in the case of a Foreign National, certified copy of the valid passport should be enclosed
