Can we appoint director without having DIN.


If yes, then in what time period he has to take DIN and inform the company.

One of my company director has expired. Can some body tell me wheter i have to cancel their din no. and also what kind of formalities are required under companies act.

What is the procedure and intimations required for allotment of shares to a NRI/foriegner and receipt of consideration from him?

Can a director of a private limited company has a right to sale the company in case of another director (who was the spouse of the director) deceased and there is only two directors including spouse?

is it mandatory for a co to follow sno. for resolutions passed from inception of the company.

A co. has auth cap of Rs. 55 crs. n wanna increase upto Rs. 100 crs.....in gj maximum duty is Rs. 5 lakhs which wud have been already paid is it so that no duty wud b payable now???/ or wht will b the duty payable nw.....

As per the SEBI guidlines the relevant date is the 30 days prior to the date of general meeting.

Now I want ot that whether the date of general meeting is also taken into account while counting the 30 days.

we have fixed the 29th march 2010 for the EGM. So what will be the relevant date to determine the issue price.
