A co. has auth cap of Rs. 55 crs. n wanna increase upto Rs. 100 crs.....in gj maximum duty is Rs. 5 lakhs which wud have been already paid is it so that no duty wud b payable now???/ or wht will b the duty payable nw.....
As in ur case total stamp duty is already paid by the Company, no additional duty is required to be paid. But while filing the Form 5 with ROC you need to attach proof of stamp duty paid earlier
