18 February 2010 I formed pvt ltd There is 2 promoter who will be director Now what will be next procedure Like meeting, appointment of director, open bank account, application for PAn, TAn & service tax, who will sign the forms etc .please send me this along with proper reaolution & draft of minutes of 1st meeting

23 February 2010 I want to appoint 3rd director for which I have to filled form 32 plz tell me whether consent letter of that 3rd director & board resolution is required?. if yes then can u provide me draft of resolution & consent letter.Form form 32 whether i have to filled only for 3rd director or fill all director i.e.first 2 director & 3rd for whom i am filling form 32? Who will sign form 32?
