I want to clarify one doubt relating to AGM, i.e. a company incorporated in March 15th 2009 & It is held its First AGM on 05th Dec.2010.Whether it is Legally Valid?

If not what will be the exact Due Date for First AGM?

1) Can a member ask for a copy of Unaudited Financial Results? If yes, whether the company can charge fees for the copy? If yes, then what is the fee?
2) Whether the company shall ask for the fees after receiving the requisition from members and once the fee is received, then the company shall provide the copy. In this case how will the time period of 10 or 7 days, as the case may be, be calculated?

I have obtained a name with 3 promoters 20 days ago. And I want to incorporate the same company with 4 Directors. So I want information about No Objection Certificate for change in number of promoters. Please provide me proforma of the same NOC if possible.

A PVT ltd co has two directors. One of the director has expired leaving the company with new director. the company could not appoint a new director in its place for 4 months as the din no of the director was not obtained , what are the consequences the company can face due to company running with one director

Had a query pertaining to Executive Director. My Company is a unlisted public limited company. Can a Employee of the company be appointed as Executive Director of the Company as the company law nowhere mentions the definition of Executive Director.

what requirements are to be fulfilled if auditor of listed company resigned in between the two AGM. Whether auditor will intimate to ROC and stock exchange.

XYZ & Co and ABC & Co (Both are public & Listed companies) enter in a aggrement of suppling goods which are made by ABC & Co.
Mr. P is a director in both Companies.

Explain wheather section 297 is applicable in this case.
