30 December 2010 A PVT ltd co has two directors. One of the director has expired leaving the company with new director. the company could not appoint a new director in its place for 4 months as the din no of the director was not obtained , what are the consequences the company can face due to company running with one director

after allotment of din file form 32 with addl fees .show the date of appointment on back date.

31 December 2010 Yes. Agree with Sanat. Pass a Board resolution appointing him from the date of exit of the previous director. Once the DIN is obtained file Form 32.
