Can a private limited company accept loan from NRI DIRECTOR?If so, what are reporting requirements under FEMA?

1) Can a member ask for a copy of Unaudited Financial Results? If yes, whether the company can charge fees for the copy? If yes, then what is the fee?
2) Whether the company shall ask for the fees after receiving the requisition from members and once the fee is received, then the company shall provide the copy. In this case how will the time period of 10 or 7 days, as the case may be, be calculated?
