30 December 2010 1) Can a member ask for a copy of Unaudited Financial Results? If yes, whether the company can charge fees for the copy? If yes, then what is the fee?
2) Whether the company shall ask for the fees after receiving the requisition from members and once the fee is received, then the company shall provide the copy. In this case how will the time period of 10 or 7 days, as the case may be, be calculated?

Please suggest.

30 December 2010 In my opinion, a member can ask for the Unaudited Financial results of the Company and the Company is bound to supply the same free of cost to the members.

Further, in my opinion, the same should be provided within 10 Working days to be computed from the succeeding day of the day on which the request is received by the Company
