30 December 2010 Dear friends first of all, wishing u all happy and delightful new year....i need a small favour from u all....my friend going to start a new company in the field of construction...so in what way he has to proceed to do so...i mean from incorporation to filing of annual return of income tax...what way i can help him????

30 December 2010 Apply din for atleast two direcor(pvt ltd) and get dsc of any one director.
file form 1A for name of the company.after approval of name ,draft moa and aoa and signed by all the subscriber of moa.then pay stampduty and file form 1,form 18,form 32,and form 2.when certificate of incorporation has been received.apply for pan with COI and form 18 copy. then apply for bank account with copy of pan card. form 18and COI.
