Appointment of promoter while submiting Form 1

I have obtained a name with 3 promoters 20 days ago. And I want to incorporate the same company with 4 Directors. So I want information about No Objection Certificate for change in number of promoters. Please provide me proforma of the same NOC if possible.

I think for change in number of directors (additional) there is no need for NOC. I am assuming that the original 3 promotors are continuing anyway. Only when there is change in the original promotors NOC will be required as Directors can be even a non-promoter.
However if at all required, a simple NOC from other directors saying
"We, the promotors are in the process of incorporation of a private / public limited Company with the name of M/s........ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. We have no objection in the inclusion of Mr......... as director of M/s.............. The consent of Mr...... to act as Director of the Company is also enclosed"
and signed by all three promotors will be sufficient.
However if at all required, a simple NOC from other directors saying
