but during formation i got an objection from ROC, but somehow they agreed to form company on condition that we will change the name of company as soon as i got incorporate

now can anyone tell me what are the steps i need to follow for this
which resolutions i need to pass
& what are the forms i need to file with MCA and their order?????

my query is that i want to transfer shares held in the name of the co. who is shareholder of private co. named rohan dyes & intermediates ltd.
i want to transfer these shares to other sister concern co. of rohan dyes in name of mr rohan director of rohan dyes as well as rajvi enterprise (sister concern)both are private companies.

is single copy of pan card self attested is sufficient as attachment for proof the name change, date of birth change & intimating pan details in annexure-2 of DIN-4 or we have to give seperate proof for each change

Guys i need some help. Does any of u know what is the procedure and the requirements to file a petition in Company Law Board for condonation of delay in filing Form 23 (change in object clause in MOA) with ROC.... or if any of you could find out and let me know it will be of great help.

In case of Shorter notice for the EGM Form 22A has to be obtained from the shareholders. What is the format for shorter notice if the company itself is a private limited company where the share are being held by the directors??
