15 September 2011 SIR PLS PROVIDE TO ME INFORMATION REGARDING ROC RETURN E FILING. WHICH FORM UPLOADED FOR EFILING? ROC RETURN FILLING FEE, & PROCEDURE OF RETURN FILING. BALANCE SHEET ATTACHED WITH FORM IS THIS SIGNED BY CA OR NOT.

The Statutory reports and returns that have to filed with RoC are as follows,

The fee is depends upon the Authorised Share capital of the company. For eg. If a company has Rs.5 Lacs as their A.C. then the filing fee is Rs.300 (normal fee i.e. filed within 30 days after the date AGM). You can check the fee details with the help of fee calculator.

The statutory reports are balance sheet, profit and loss a/c, annual return for each and every company. The compliance certificate is must for those companies have Rs.10 lacs or more as their A.C.

The auditor have to be signed in the balance sheet and P&L a/c. it is mandatory and also by the directors minimum two.
