Change in name of existing private company

15 September 2011 Sir, I have formed a private limited company
but during formation i got an objection from ROC, but somehow they agreed to form company on condition that we will change the name of company as soon as i got incorporate

now can anyone tell me what are the steps i need to follow for this
which resolutions i need to pass
& what are the forms i need to file with MCA and their order?????

16 September 2011 Dear Pravin,

You have to get the approval of the shareholders for the change of name of the company. Kindly note that make two or more names for the alternatives. file e-Form 23 regarding the filing of special resolutions to RoC. Then, file the e-Form 1A to check the availability of name which is decided by the share holders. If the same name is available then file the e-form 1B regarding the change of name of the company.

forms required to file
e-Form 23, 1A & 1B. Alter the MoA, AoA, and all the necessary documents which the earlier name is entered or appeared.

Can you tell me that do i need to pay Fees of Rs 1000/- for filing 1A again
or
i can upload the form on earlier SRN
